Fresh soups are available daily. We offer two "soup of the day" choices as well as all three of our famous Pub chilis. Order by the cup or by the bowl.

- White/Great Northern Chili 
  *A delightful blend of chicken, corn, green chilis and white beans. The white chili is the mildest of the three types*
- Green/New Mexican Chili 
   *A unique blend of tender pork, green chilis and fresh tomatillos*
- Red/Tex-Mex Chili
  *A traditional blend of ground beef, tomatoes, red beans and spices. The red chili is the hottest of the three types*

  *A nest of crisp romaine lettuce, fresh tomato and assorted vegetables*
- Chef Salad
  *A bed of mixed greens, crispy chicken, ham, 3 cheeses and fresh vegetables*
- Taco Salad
  *A base of tortilla crisps, topped with chicken or beef, beans, lettuce and all the taco fixings*
- Fajita Chicken Chef Salad
  *Mixed greens, aside spicy chicken, grilled peppers and onions with fresh tomatoes and black olives. served with warm tortillas*
- Caesar Salad
  *Romaine lettuce, creamy garlic dressing, parmesan and asiago cheeses, tossed with croutons-with or without grilled chicken*
